I'm an avid fan of TF2, so when i was thinking about Lilith's power, it clicked in my mind an image of a giant syringe, probably filled with blood. (Vampires are overrated) Ergo, the most commonly stereotyped adult costume, the nurse outfit. Namah has a bonesaw, nuff said.
