I really love this illustration. Everything from the background texture, to the host of jack-o-lanterns and carving leftovers, even the ones hidden in darkness glowing in back, the color choices… And if all that weren’t enough, the drawing of Lilith is great! Infused with attitude, wielding a knife and a cute layered shirt, plus tail rings… She even has her hair tied back in a new style to keep it out of the way when she’s carving the pumpkins. This is an excellent piece, one of my personal favorites! It’s times like this that I wish I had more prizes to give out… If it weren’t for the fact that everyone gets a sticker, I don’t think I’d be able to live with myself after judging entries was over.
