A full-blown multi-tier Prelude comic! Even including the other orphans as cast members, this one pulls out all the stops. The illustrations came out fantastic, and the facial emoting perfectly corresponds to the story and dialogue! And speaking of story, it’s quite the tale... Based on Grunn’s reaction, Mace should either be supremely pleased, or supremely terrified. And Bobby’s line at the bottom is just the perfect coup-de-grace to the narrative. Other favorite parts of mine are the background costumes on the orphans -how could I have lived until now without zombie Konkords? And the silhouette-moonlight panel is simply gorgeous. Fantastic work!
